Refund policy

When purchasing a product, you have the possibility to cancel the agreement without giving any reasons for 14 days. This time for consideration starts on the day after receipt of the product by  you or a representative appointed in advance and made known to the entrepreneur.   

During the time of consideration plaese carefully handle both product and packaging. Please only unwrap the packaging or use the product in as far as this is necessary to establish whether or not you wish to keep the product. If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@artegia.nl within 14 days after receiving the product. We will then confirm your return after which you can send your package back within 14 days to the following address:

The product should be returned to ArteGia in its original state and packaging, in accordance with reasonable instructions given by email.
